Since the founding in 2018 by three Floridians, Beresford Ventures has added four partners and has invested $9 million in over 140 companies across sectors and geographies, primarily in the pre-seed rounds.

Given that all of the funds proceed from the partners, their friends, and family, the fund is closed to outside investors.

iraLogix provides automated backend services to financial service companies that manage IRAs. Beresford has supported the company through four rounds.

Vytalize Health:

Vytalize Health is a rapidly growing accountable care organization that utilizes best in class technologies. Beresford invested in a venture that was acquired by Vytalize Health. We then invested in three rounds of Vytalize Health’s capital raises.

Bby

Bby is a medical device company that uses devices that it has designed and manufactured to reduce the costs of natal intensive care units at hospitals around the country. Beresford invested in its seed round.

Genecis Bioindustries

Genecis turns organic matter into sustainable, biodegradable PHA. Beresford has invested in several rounds of the company.

AltTex

Alt Tex is creating the world’s most sustainable polyester alternative from the largest contributor to landfills: food waste.

Braven Environmental

Braven processes a broad range of plastics, converting what’s destined for landfills into essential commodities.

Novoloop

Novoloop breaks down un-recyclable polyethylene into components that it then transforms into marketable materials. Beresford has invested in two of the company’s rounds.

Nth Cycle

Nth Cycle is a material processing company that helps battery recycling facilities and mines recover valuable minerals. The company recently opened its first plant in Ohio. Beresford has invested in three rounds of the company’s capital raises.
